My order itself was totally fine, but the shipping took way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of stuck wondering when it would actually show up. A friend recommended this to me, so I was excited to try it, but the wait was definitely frustrating. I’d still say it’s okay overall, just maybe not the best option if you need your stuff quickly.

I had to swap my jacket for a bigger size and I was kind of expecting it to be a whole thing, but nope. I’ve been using this gear for a bit and it feels really well made. Nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy, and overall I’m happy with the quality.

I’ve got to blame whoever runs this for making the sizing easy for once. The jacket fit true to size, and I didn’t have to do any guessing.

I was hoping to find a decent snowboard, but the options felt really limited and the sizes were sparse. For me, it just wasn’t worth the trip because I couldn’t find anything I actually liked.

The actual packaging was a different story though. The outside box had a big dent, and one corner was kind of popped open. There wasn’t really any extra padding inside either, so the item was just shifting around in there.

Thankfully nothing ended up being damaged, but it didn’t feel packed very carefully, especially with what shipping cost. I’d probably order again, but I really hope they do a better job packing things next time...
